Carriacou is part of the island nation of Grenada. As you step off the dock, you'll take a step back in time to the real Caribbean. The islanders of Carriacou are renowned for their seafaring skills and boat building. Their ancestry can be traced back to Africa and Scotland.

Take a walk down the tiny main street to shop, or perhaps sample some of the local spiced rum. Explore the cemetery and find centuries old stone markers. Join your shipmates for a feast of fresh-caught lobster, available from September through April, at one of the local restaurants.

The many beautiful, sandy beaches are surrounded by coral reefs teeming with a variety of marine life, creating the perfect underwater experience for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts.

Union Island, with it's volcanic silhouette, is sometimes called the “Tahiti of the West Indies”. It is the southernmost island in the Grenadines. Chatham Bay is one of Union Island's most popular beaches. Union Island has two major towns, Clifton and Ashton

Have your crew arrange for a dinghy ride out to Happy Island, a man-made island built on shells in the outer harbor at Clifton. The island's bar is a popular and unique spot to enjoy a cold beverage.

The magic of Bequia will capture your spirit. Bequia has a long seafaring heritage, rich in the historical traditions of boat-building and fishing. Visitors will be fascinated with a trip to the Turtle Sanctuary. Enjoy views of the scenic harbor as you explore the boutiques and markets along the waterfront. You'll find exquisite model boats, scrimshaw and unique island artwork in the tiny shops.

The island, encircled by gold sand beaches, offers a wide selection of aquatic activities. You can sail, kayak, scuba dive and snorkel, or laze on one of Bequia's fabulous beaches. The pristine Princess Margaret beach, just a short dinghy ride from the ship, will lure you with its sparkling sands.

At dinnertime, plan on a seafood pizza at Mac's, a must for every visit to Bequia! After dinner, head to one of the local hangouts for a night of music and dancing in the warm evening breezes.

Tobago Cays is a group of uninhabited islets which are now a national park. Experience an absolutely unforgettable day of swimming and snorkeling in the warm, crystal-clear waters. Bring a few Eastern Caribbean dollars with you so you can shop for souvenirs at the “T-shirt trees”.

The tiny island of Mayreau has a population of just 300, with one small concrete road. You'll be welcomed with open arms by the locals. Quiet, gleaming beaches line both sides of the island. Walkers can challenge themselves with a steep hike up through the village and down to the opposite side of the island for a beach alternative. From the crest of the hill beside the Catholic Church, there is a beautiful overlook of the Tobago Cays, Canouan and Union Island.

The highlight of Mayreau nightlife is the “cultural walk”, which is a progressive tour of the local watering holes. You and your shipmates will return to the ship with new memories and new friends!
