  Shore Excursion or Activity: Dream on Water - Cruise

  Two rivers and four lakes in Guilin refer to the Li river, Taohua river, Ronghu lake, Shahu lake, Guihu lake, Mulong lake, these form the Dream Tour of Guilin Water System. Passengers board a night cruise ship and sail along the lakes and rivers inside Guilin city. During the sailing, the ship will pass 11 different designed bridges and a number of pavilions. The ship will stop for passengers to partake in cormorant fishing and to enjoy a local opera performance from the ship. On the way back passengers will be able to hear the Erhu (a Chinese string musical instrument) on the ship. Upon arrival at Banyan Lake (Ronghu Lake) which was named after a 900-year-old banyan tree, passengers will be entertained by the music and movement in the colourful lights (conduit) and a crystal like bridge. There are two tall towers standing right up from the water in Fir Lake (Shahu Lake). The gold one is called Sun Tower which was built by copper, it is the tallest copper tower in China. The silver one is called the Moon Tower The Sun and moon make the Chinese character "ming" which means shining forever.

  After a one-hour ferry ride from Hong Kong, you will commence your full day of sightseeing in Macau by driving along Guia Circuit, site of the annual Macau Grand Prix. Then visit Kun Lam, the 600-year-old Goddess of Mercy Temple, Porta de Cerco, the historical Barrier Gate bordering Macau and China, and the ruins of Sao Paulo. This imposing facade is the ruin of a 16th-century church built by Italian and Japanese Jesuit priests. After lunch, enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Pearl River followed by a visit to the world famous casino, prior to your return to Hong Kong.

  Shore Excursion or Activity: Lantau Island Tour with Lunch

  Discover a pristine beach, a traditional fishing village, lush valleys, soaring mountains and spiritual enlightenment on Hong Kong's largest island. For full day tour, visitors take a fast ferry through the Harbor to Lantau Island, then board a coach to the beautiful Cheung Sha beach and on to the unique Tai O fishing village, where fishermen homes are built on stilts. The coach then takes a winding road up the mountain to Ngong Ping Plateau where the Giant Buddha sits majestically close to the Po Lin Monastery. Ample time is allowed for a guided tour of the Po Lin Monastery and Giant Buddha Exhibition Hall. A short walk away is the Wisdom Path where an ancient prayer is inscribed on a series of wooden colums set in a figure of eight to signify infinity. A vegetarian meal is served in the Monastery, followed by guided visits to the culturally themed Ngong Ping Village. Tour ends with a spectacular ride aboard the Skyrail cable car offering stunning views going down to Tung Chung.

  This tour operates daily and is approximately five hours. Depart the hotel lobby for Sheung Wan on Hong Kong Island. Stop at Queen's Street - Nam Pak Hong to see the trading of Chinese herbs and dried seafood. Visit famous Hollywood Road where you will find Man Mo Temple, the oldest city temple. Pass by the Old Governor House and drive to Kowloon to visit an ancient bird market. Last stop is Kowloon's Walled City Park, an excellent example of a classical southern Chinese garden. It is divided into eight different landscaped zones, each with their own characteristics.
